Activities

The following table lists the activities that are included in the ServiceNow Activities Package.

Activity	Description
Wait for an Event on ServiceNow and Resume	Pause the workflow at runtime and wait for an event to occur in ServiceNow and resume.
HTTP Request activity	Run HTTP calls to a specified API.
Add Attachment	Add an attachment to an existing record.
Delete Attachment	Deletes an existing attachment from a record.
Download Attachment	Download an existing attachment from a record.
Get Attachment	Returns an existing attachment metadata from a record.
List All Attachments	Returns all exisiting attachment metadata from a record.
Create New Incident	Create a new incident in ServiceNow.
List All Incidents	Search for incidents in ServiceNow based on set criteria.
Update Incident	Update an incident in ServiceNow.
Create Incident Task	Create an incident task to communicate with and request work from assignment groups other than the one that is mentionet for the incident.
Get Incident Task	Retrieves an incident task.
List all Incident Tasks	Lists all incident tasks.
Update Incident Task	Updates an incident task.
Search Users by Email or Name	Search users by email or name.
Search Incidents by Incident Number	Search incidents by incident number.
Get Record	Retrieve a specific record.
Insert Record	Insert a new record object.
Update Record	Update a specific record.
Delete Record	Delete a specific record.
List All Records	List all the records in ServiceNow.
Incident Created	Triggers when a new incident is created.
Incident Updated	Triggers when an incident is updated.
Incident Task Created	Triggers when a new incident task is created.
Incident Task Updated	Triggers when an incident task is updated.
Record Created	Triggers when a new record is created.
Record Updated	Triggers when a record is updated.
