User management

Manage user access to Peak by adding new users, resending invitations, and removing users who no longer need access. You must have Admin privileges to manage users.

To manage users, open Settings and select Users. The Users screen lists all users in the organization, the roles they belong to, their current status, and their onboarding date.

Adding users

Add new users to Peak so they can access Supply Chain Solutions and other Peak features. New users receive an invitation email and must complete account setup before accessing Peak.

Users can be added by a Peak Customer Success Associate (CSA) or a Peak Admin.

Follow these steps to add a new user:

  1. In Peak, open Settings and select Users.
  2. Select Add new user.
  3. Enter one or more work email addresses. Use work email addresses only — these are used as the user's sign-in credentials.
  4. Optionally, assign a role to the user. Role assignment is not required to send the invite, but users must be added to at least one role before they can use the platform. See Roles and permissions.
  5. Select Send invite.

Each invited user receives an email containing:

  • The name of their Peak organization
  • Their Peak email ID
  • The URL for their Peak organization
  • A Get started link to create their password

Resending a user invite

Resend an invitation to a user if their original invitation email was lost or expired. Users can be re-invited multiple times until they complete account setup.

Follow these steps to resend a user invitation:

  1. In Peak, open Settings and select Users.
  2. Find the user with status Invitation sent.
  3. Open the action menu and select Resend invite.

The user receives a new invitation email.

Removing a user

Remove a user from Peak to revoke their access to Supply Chain Solutions and other Peak features. You can remove both active users and users who have been invited but have not yet completed onboarding. Removed users can no longer sign in or access any Peak data.

Follow these steps to remove a user:

  1. In Peak, open Settings and select Users.
  2. Open the action menu for the user.
  3. Select Remove user.
  4. Confirm the removal.

The user no longer has access to the Peak organization.
