- Verify you have write access:
- If you do not have write access, Create folder is unavailable.
- Select Create folder.
- Enter a folder name using letters and allowed special characters:
! - _ . * ' ( ). - Select Create folder.
Result
The new folder appears in the parent folder.
Delete a folder
Follow these steps to delete a folder:
- In Peak, open Manage and select Files.
- Open the parent folder that contains the folder you want to delete.
- Verify you have write access.
- Open the target folder action menu and select Delete.
- Review the confirmation warning:
- Deleted folders cannot be recovered.
- Files inside the folder are also deleted.
- Confirm the deletion.
Result
The folder is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
