Supply Chain & Retail Solutions user guide
Data residency
UiPath supply chain solutions process and store customer data using the Peak platform. For these solutions, UiPath manages customer data. UiPath-hosted data is deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS). By default, customer data is stored and processed in the European Union (Ireland) region.
Supply chain solutions support a hub-and-spoke data residency model, which allows customer data to be stored and processed in additional geographic regions when this is explicitly requested and agreed. This model is used to support regional data residency requirements for customers operating outside the default region. For example, Peak currently supports a regional deployment in Australia (Sydney) for customers with specific residency needs.
Data residency configuration, including the use of regions outside the default deployment, is determined during onboarding and is subject to agreement. It is not automatically derived from the customer’s UiPath Automation Cloud region.
For details on the data residency for Automation Cloud products you may use along with supply chain solutions, refer to the Automation Cloud admin guide.
For authoritative and up-to-date information about additional data residency options, regional availability, and contractual considerations, contact your UiPath representative.
