Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM connector lets a workflow manage accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities in Dynamics 365. In the Add node panel, it's in the Connector category, under Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. How connector nodes work describes how a connector node is set up.

Connection
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM node signs in through a connection. Create a connection describes how to create one from the node. On the Connect to page, choose one of these sign-in methods:
| Sign-in method | What you need |
|---|---|
| OAuth 2.0 Authorization code | The URL of your Dynamics 365 instance, and your Microsoft account. This is the default method. |
| Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app | The client ID and client secret of an app that you register in Azure, and the URL of your Dynamics 365 instance. |
Your Microsoft tenant may need an administrator to grant consent first.
