Build in Studio Web

Open Studio Web in a browser, then create, test, and deploy workflows with nothing to install.

Studio Web is the UiPath builder that runs in a web browser. It needs no installation, and you reach it from UiPath Automation Cloud. The Flow canvas, nodes, variables, and debugging are the same in every environment.

Build with Autopilot

Autopilot (Preview) is a coding agent built into Studio Web. Describe the workflow in the Autopilot panel, and Autopilot builds it on the canvas. You can then test it and change it like any other workflow. Autopilot in Studio Web describes it.

Before you start

Studio Web needs only a UiPath account, as Sign up describes. Where to build compares Studio Web with the other environments.

Open Studio Web

  1. Sign in to UiPath Automation Cloud, and on the home page, select Studio.
  2. Select the arrow next to Create New, then under Maestro Automate, select Flow.

The Studio Web Create New menu, with Case, Flow, and BPMN under Maestro Orchestrate, Flow under Maestro Automate highlighted, RPA Workflow under RPA, Agent, API Workflow, and App under Building blocks, and Import.

Note:

Flow appears twice in the menu. Select the one under Maestro Automate. The one under Maestro Orchestrate creates a Maestro Orchestrate project.

Studio Web opens the Flow canvas.
