End Call
Node that hangs up an active call started or answered by a workflow.
What it does
Hangs up an active call. If the call was already ended by the caller, then this node does nothing. A Voice Agent can end its own session mid-call. That stops the agent but leaves the line open for downstream nodes.
The node is labeled End call in the Tool > Voice tools category of the Add node panel.
Configuration reference
| Field | Required | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Call context | Yes | None | The call to end. Bind it to the callContext from an Incoming Call trigger or a Create Outgoing Call node, for example, $vars.createOutgoingCall1.output.callContext. |
Output variables
| Path | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
output.ended | boolean | Whether the call was ended successfully. |
error | object | Populated on failure. Error handling describes the error shape. |
