Voice tools
Voice nodes for modeling real-time phone-call voice agents on the canvas.
The Voice nodes model a live phone call in a workflow. The workflow answers an inbound call or places an outbound one, a voice agent talks to the caller, and the call ends when the workflow hangs up.
Voice agents are built on the canvas, not in Agent Builder. Connect a phone number and bind it to a deployed workflow. Deployment describes how to configure your phone number.
Voice workflows need a phone number connected to your UiPath account. Without one, the From list of Create Outgoing Call is empty and the node shows an error, and no call can reach an Incoming Call trigger. Ask your administrator to connect a number. Deployment in the Agents guide describes how.
Available nodes
| Node | What it does |
|---|---|
| Incoming Call | Starts the workflow when a bound phone number receives a call. |
| Create Outgoing Call | Places an outbound call from a connected number. |
| Voice Agent | Speaks with the caller on a live call. |
| End Call | Disconnects the call. |
Both call directions use the same three-step shape:
| Direction | Node sequence |
|---|---|
| Inbound | Incoming call → Voice agent → End call |
| Outbound | Create outgoing call → Voice agent → End call |
