Description
Downloads a specified email to a local folder. The email is downloaded in the .eml file format.

This activity requires the following scopes:
- Mail.Read

Configuration
- Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
- Email - The email to download. This field accepts
Office365Messagevariables. Use the See more button menu to use a variable as the input mode.
Properties
Options

Destination path - The path where to save the downloaded email.

Create missing folders - Creates a folder if the path contains non-existing folder names. By default, this property is set to False.

If a file already exists - Choose what is the expected behavior when a file with the same name already exists in the destination folder. Select one of the following options:
- Replace
- Don't replace
- Auto rename
The default option is Don't replace.
Output
- Email - The downloaded
.emlfile. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as-is, or save it with a different name. In addition, you can use this in other activities, for example, in a For Each Email activity.
