Description
Retrieves attachment records for a given email message in a mailbox.
Note:
This activity is available only in API workflows and agentic processes created in UiPath Maestro™. It is not available in RPA workflows.
Scopes
This activity requires one of the following scopes:
- Mail.Read
- Mail.Read.Shared when working with a shared mailbox.

Configuration
- Microsoft Outlook 365 connection – The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.
- Object – The Microsoft 365 object for which you want to run the action. In this case, select Attachment.
- Email – The ID of the email message for which to list attachments. This field supports the
Stringtype input.
Additional options
Input
- Fields – The list of fields to select or return in the output. Use this field to limit the returned properties to only what you need.
Output
- Records – The list of attachment records that the connector action returned. This fields automatically generates an output variable that you can use as-is or store under a custom variable name for use in subsequent activities.
