Maestro user guide
To use UiPath Maestro™, you need a combination of three licensing components: a Platform license, a User license, and a Consumption license. These collectively govern access to features, user permissions, and usage-based operations. Maestro is available in Standard and Enterprise platform tiers, with advanced features like AI-driven optimization dashboards available only in the Enterprise tier. User licenses determine what each user can do—such as modeling, publishing, or debugging a process—and are tiered as Basic, Plus, or Pro.
Maestro also uses a consumption-based model, where running a process instance or executing a decision consumes Platform Units. This ensures licensing reflects actual usage while supporting flexibility across roles and projects. For full details, including what's included in each plan and how to optimize licensing for your needs, please refer to Maestro Licensing.
