About the ServiceNow connector

The ServiceNow connector in UiPath Integration Service integrates with the ServiceNow Table API (REST API v2) to create, read, update, delete, and search records in standard and custom tables such as incident, task, problem, change_request, etc.

It supports all ServiceNow instances reachable over HTTPS; Username/Password (Basic) works on all supported versions, while OAuth 2.0–based authentication requires a ServiceNow release where the OAuth 2.0 plugin is available and enabled.

Authentication

Find out more about how to create a connection with your ServiceNow instance from the ServiceNow authentication page.

Events

The ServiceNow connector supports events via polling. More information about the events supported for the ServiceNow connector is available in the ServiceNow events page.

Activities

You can use the connection to enable the ServiceNow activities in UiPath Studio and build automations that interact with your ServiceNow data. These activities allow you to execute create, read, update, and delete operations on your ServiceNow objects.

Provider documentation

Find out more information about the ServiceNow REST API from the ServiceNow documentation platform.
