Find out more about how to create a connection with your Oracle Netsuite instance from the Oracle Netsuite authentication page.
Events
The Oracle NetSuite connector supports events via polling. More information about the events supported for the Oracle Netsuite connector is available in the Oracle Netsuite events page.
Activity package
You can use the connection to enable the Oracle NetSuite activities in UiPath® Studio and build automations that interact with your Oracle NetSuite data. These activities allow you to execute create, read, update, and delete operations on your Oracle NetSuite objects.
Provider documentation
Find out more information about the API for Oracle Netsuite from the Netsuite documentation platform.
Frequently asked questions
Does UiPath Integration Service support NetSuite using SOAP or REST?
Integration Service supports SOAP under the hood for certain catalog connectors, including NetSuite.
Why does the NetSuite Execute SuiteQL Query activity fail when Limit and Offset are provided?
This is expected NetSuite behavior, not a UiPath limitation.
NetSuite requires Offset to be be divisible by Limit, for example Offset=20 and Limit=10 is valid, but Offset=15 and Limit=10 is invalid. When this rule is violated, the activity may fail.
For more details, refer to https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_156414087576.html.
Why does NetSuite reject some queries with “401 – Unauthorized” even when the user is an Admin?
This is NetSuite-side authorization behavior. Possible causes include:
- REST Web Services not enabled for the role
- Token-based authentication misconfiguration
- Object-level restrictions despite Admin role
Is NetSuite File Cabinet file upload supported through Integration Service activities?
No, NetSuite File Cabinet upload is not currently supported through out-of-the-box Integration Service activities. You can try to use the Oracle NetSuite HTTP Request activity (if the API supports it).
