Local groups that control access to Medical Record Summarization, and which sections of the application each group unlocks.

Access to Medical Record Summarization is controlled by three local groups in your Automation Cloud organization. The groups are created as part of the MRS deployment, and the group a user belongs to determines which sections of the application they can open.

The Admin section covers Deployments, Customize appearance, Experimental, and Workflow management. Only MRSAdmin members can open it.

Membership of MRSReviewer determines who can review. Which records a reviewer actually sees depends on the template:

A record's reviewer can be changed from the Reviewer dropdown, either inline in the Clinical review list or in the review detail view header. Reassigning transfers editing access, so a reviewer can hand a record to a colleague or pick up an unassigned one. While a record is assigned to someone else, other users can view it but cannot edit it or complete the review.

The three groups are standard Automation Cloud local groups, so you can add directory groups to them rather than adding users one at a time. All local groups and users registered in the organization are available when assigning reviewers to a template, including Active Directory groups.
