Create a template
Create a new clinical summary template using the three-step wizard. The wizard collects the template's purpose, intended reviewer type, and an optional example summary. The example summary should be a manually completed summary - not a set of instructions - whose structure the generator uses to build the template. After completion, the template is created in Draft status and opens in the template editor for further configuration.
