Automation Hub user guide
Access to linking a solution to a business process depends on the cloud platform you use. For details, refer to Feature availability.
Link a Studio Web solution to a business process entry to make the BPMN diagram from that solution available within Automation Hub.
Prerequisites
- A business process entry already exists in Automation Hub.
- The Studio Web solution you want to link has at least one BPMN diagram.
- You have the Program Manager, System Admin, Process Owner, Process Submitter, or Account Owner role in Automation Hub.
- Open the business process entry in Automation Hub
- Select the Actions menu.
- Select Link to Studio Web.
- In the dialog, select the Studio Web solution you want to link.
- Select Confirm.
Result
The BPMN diagram from the linked Studio Web solution is displayed within the business process entry. If the Studio Web solution contains more than one BPMN diagram, only the first diagram is displayed.
The link is also visible from Studio Web: open the Solution properties panel to see the reference back to the Automation Hub business process entry.
