Use the guided AI assistant to import multiple business processes from a CSV file into the Process Repository. The assistant validates the data, previews entries before import, and creates each business process via the Automation Hub OpenAPI.
Prerequisites
- You have a CSV file with business process data.
- You have the System Admin or Account Owner role in Automation Hub.
- You have the
/upload-business-processskill installed on your AI agent. See Set up the business process import skill.
Steps
- Open the guided AI assistant.
- Provide the path to your CSV file when prompted.
- Review the preview of the first entry to confirm the data format is correct.
- Select Yes to proceed with the full import.
Result
The assistant creates each business process in the Process Repository and displays a summary table with the process name, creation status, and process ID for each entry. A direct link to the newly created processes in Automation Hub appears at the end of the import.
