User & company profiles
What personal information is displayed on Marketplace?
- If a listing you submit is published, users who access its page can view certain information from your profile depending on how a listing is published:
- From your Personal profile:
- your name
- your picture
- your job title
- your RPA role
- hyperlink to your profile page
- From your Company profile & your Vendor profile:
- your company name
- your company logo
- contact URL
- contact email address
- other contact information
- From your Personal profile:
What will happen with my profile if I decide to leave the company I am affiliated with?
- If you are registered with your company email address and then affiliated to your company profile on Marketplace, the following will occur when you decide to resign:
- During your last days with the company, you can use the Delete account button, available in the Edit profile mode.
Note:
Usually, once you leave a company, all your accounts, email address included, are deactivated hence you won’t be able to log in to the Marketplace using your company email address after that happens.
- If you have published listings on the Marketplace on behalf of your company, then the listings will remain published on the Company’s behalf, unless the company approves in a written form (usually by email) that you retain the ownership for those.
- It’s up to the Company admin(s) to remove your profile from the Company.
Can I change my email address?
- The email address cannot be updated as this is the most important information on which all the other account details are based.
Can I change the name I registered in my account?
- Both your first and last names can be changed in your User profile by going to My Profile > Edit Profile.
- If you have a Company profile only (without having a Vendor profile) and want to change its name, you can change the name any time you want.
- If you have both the Company profile and Vendor profile, you can’t change their name because that Vendor profile is linked to the Stripe account.
Can I delete my account?
- Yes, you can.
- To delete your User profile, access your profile and click the Edit Profile. At the end of the form, the Delete profile button is displayed.
- To request your Company profile or your Vendor profile to be deleted, please submit a ticket using the Contact Us page. Make sure to select the corresponding option from the What feature is this related to drop-down menu.
