Connect UiPath to Zendesk using OAuth 2.0 with client ID, client secret, domain, and scope credentials.
Prerequisites
Depending on the authentication type you select, you need one of the following credentials:
- Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: Client ID, Client secret, Domain, Scope.
Permissions
When creating a connection via Zendesk, you must allow the application to view and manage information in accordance with the following privileges and permissions:
- read
- write

Add the Zendesk connection
To create a connection to your Zendesk instance, you need to perform the following steps:
- Select Integration Service from the left rail.
- From the Connectors list, select Zendesk. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.
- Select the Connect to Zendesk button.
- Enter the required credentials for your preferred authentication method and select Connect.
