In our ongoing effort to optimize your access to AI Unit consumption dashboards, we have made it simpler to view your tenant-level, organization-level, and IXP-specific usage. Now, you can conveniently access these details via shortcut links provided at several touchpoints. Here are those points of access:
- The Automation Cloud Admin interface: Just navigate through Admin > Licenses > Consumables tab > AI Units > View Usage. There, you can see two shortcut links to the relevant consumption details.
- Email alerts: Whenever your AI units run low, we send an email containing those same convenient links to quickly access your consumption details.
- Platform notifications: Similarly, the shortcut links are included in any system alerts about low AI units.
We have enriched the Organization level AI Unit consumption dashboard with a new widget that provides insights into AI Unit consumption when API keys are used as an authentication mechanism at the organization level. For example, the new widget is particularly useful in scenarios where you consume a Skill from AI Center using the Machine Learning Extractor, or classifying using the Intelligent Keyword Classifier or the Form Extractor.
The newly introduced Organization Level API Key Consumption widget provides the following:
- Comprehensive automation details such as tenant ID, automation name and version, Orchestrator folder name, and consumed AI Units.
- Where applicable, details on AI Center and Document Understanding, including the project name and source.
- Details on the consumed AI Units.
You can now access detailed information on AI unit usage, divided by product, at the organization and tenant level. Coupled with this improvement, we have enhanced the AI Units tenant and organization consumption dashboards with information on Communications Mining, alongside Document Understanding and AI Center.
It is important to note that the data for Communications Mining also encompasses consumption events generated by automations, such as predictions or synchronization. These consumption details are now collectively displayed under a single entry, rather than being divided by each automation, but we are working on providing all necessary data points soon.
We have improved the AI Unit dashboards to provide more insightful details. Previously, when the dashboards reported unknown values, a generic "Unknown" display text was shown. Now, the dashboards present relevant text detailing potential underlying causes for any issues. This enhancement allows for faster identification and resolution.
For details, refer to Automation name is displayed as Unknown or N/A.
The Insights dashboard viewer role is a new role at organization level that enables you to assign specific and more granular access to Insights dashboards at organization level, without having to grant users with full organization administrator privileges.
This role targets access to dashboards, providing you with more control and flexibility in sharing insights across the organization.
