Enable reporting with Insights
linkPrerequisites
linkWarning: The integration provides cross-project
reporting. Dashboards are not subject to Test Manager permissions: any Insights user
can access reports on all Test Manager projects.
- You need an Automation Cloud™ organization.
- Enable the Test Manager service on the tenant of your choice. Note that you need an Automation Cloud Organization Administrator to perform this action.
- Enable the Insights service on the same tenant. Note that you need an Automation Cloud Organization Administrator to perform this action.
- Make sure you have the Test Manager Administrator role and the Project role type in Test Manager assigned to enable to integration with Insights.
Enable or disable reporting with Insights
link- Open Test Manager on the tenant you want to enable the integration with Insights.
- Select Settings in the header.
- Navigate to the General tab.

Toggle the Enable reporting with Insights button to enable or disable
the integration.
Note:
When you enable reporting with Insights, data from all Test Manager projects will be uploaded to Insights. Therefore, all users with access to Insights will be able to generate reports on those projects, independent from their permissions in Test Manager.
