Document Understanding release notes

For the Document Understanding OCR for Chinese, Japanese, Korean image, while awaiting a security update from the upstream vendor, we have implemented network-based protections in our product. These protections filter out known attack patterns before they can reach any vulnerable components, ensuring that CVE-2025-55315 is fully mitigated.
