Known issue
The Auto-Fine-tuning Loop (preview) is not working due to an issue affecting the scheduled export feature.This impacts both newly created schedules and existing ones. The schedules will show as successfully created, but the auto-exports will fail.

What's new
Document Manager now supports vertical text. You can now import, export, and extract vertically aligned words from documents.
This feature is only available for newly imported raw documents. If you imported documents containing vertical text prior to this update, the vertical text information in those documents is lost.
Minor improvements
We're constantly working to improve your UiPath Document Understanding experience. This release brings security improvements and accessibility fixes to stabilize the behavior for some of the available features presented in Document Manager.
Bug fixes
- We fixed an issue that was preventing document validation tasks, specifically those involving the IsEmpty business rule, from being displayed accurately in Action Center.
- We fixed a bug in Document Manager that occasionally led to importing documents horizontally when the Apply OCR on PDFs feature was set to Auto. Now, documents are imported in their correct orientation, usually vertical, matching the alignment of the original document.
Erratum - added 8 August 2024: The bug fix related to document validation tasks in Action Center was not included in the Automation Suite 2023.10.4 release. We recommend that you wait for Automation Suite 2023.10.5 to get this fix.
