Document Understanding release notes

We are constantly working to improve your Document Understanding experience. For this release, we made minor improvements and security fixes to stabilize the behavior for some of the available features presented in ML packages.

Fixed an issue which caused models to consume all available memory (up to 24 GB in certain cases), even when workloads were light. This behavior would lead to node resource issues in customer environments. With this fix, models now handle memory usage more efficiently, preventing unnecessary resource consumption.
