How Delegate's usage allowance works, where to check your remaining capacity, and what happens when you reach your limit.
How usage is measured
Delegate draws on an AI model to reason about your requests. Each session consumes capacity from a usage allowance set for your account — the more Delegate has to think through, plan, and act on a task, the more of that allowance it uses.
This allowance is monthly, and resets at the beginning of each month. Unused allowance does not carry over.
Your allowance depends on the UiPath license you have, usually as a multiplier over the Basic user's base allowance — for example, a Plus user gets 7x that allowance, and a Pro user gets 20x.
Checking your usage
Delegate tells you directly, in the conversation, when you are close to your limit. You can also check it anytime under Settings → General:
What happens when you reach your limit
Delegate notifies you as you approach your allowance limit. Contact your administrator if you need your allowance reviewed or increased.
