The skills are delivered via the Test Cloud plugin, which is enabled by default when the QA/Testing persona is configured.
What does the Test Cloud plugin consist of?
The UiPath Test Cloud plugin is a testing automation skill bundle that connects Delegate to UiPath Test Manager, the web application that manages the full testing lifecycle for UiPath projects.

For the current release, the Test Cloud plugin ships with 3 core skills. Users can also create their own additional skills for other testing purposes, such as usability testing, security testing, performance testing, or accessibility testing. To build a custom skill, use the skill-creator workflow in Delegate. Custom skills can be tailored to your team's specific testing processes and used alongside the built-in Test Cloud capabilities.
Skill 1: Automate Tests with UiPath automation
Goal
Link an existing Orchestrator automation to any Test Manager test case and trigger execution.
Key workflow steps
- Authenticates via
uip login statusbehind the scenes. - Discovers the test case and reads its steps.
- Links the specified Orchestrator automation to the test case in Test Manager.

Skill 2: Generate Test Reports
Goal
Generate persona-tailored, shareable reports from Test Manager execution data.
Key workflow steps
- Fetches test executions from the test set (filterable by status, type, date interval).
- Asks the user: "Who is this report for?"
- Tailors the answer based on the persona: QA Engineer, Release Manager, Developer.
- Generates reports with the following information: execution status, test case log counts (passed/failed/restricted/none), top failing test cases.
- Saves report as
test-report-release-YYYY-MM-DD.md; optionally email it.

Skill 3: Execute Manual Tests
Goal
Autonomously execute a manual test case on the desktop and publish results back to Test Manager.
Key workflow steps
- Retrieves assigned test cases which have the Pending status.
- Fetches test steps and executes each step using the UiAutomation (computer use) tool.
- Records pass/fail per step and publishes results back to Test Manager.
- Records per-step execution artefacts linked to the test case; each step is checkpointed and the trace is finalized before publishing.
- Tags each published test case log so you can filter and distinguish AI-executed runs from human-executed ones.
- Offers to email the results report on completion.
Best for large SAP migration programmes where hundreds of one-off tests do not justify full automation investment.
