Failure to create persistent volumes
Description
Longhorn is successfully installed, but fails to create persistent volumes.
Solution
Verify if the kernel modules are successfully loaded in the cluster by using the command lsmod | grep <module_name>.
Replace <module_name> with each of the following kernel modules:
libiscsi_tcplibiscsiiscsi_tcpscsi_transport_iscsi
Load any missing module.
