Automation Hub User Guide
Submit new
Submit New replaces the Submit Idea button across Automation Hub. After selecting Submit New, an intermediary screen lets you choose the type of submission — Idea, Change request, or Business process — before selecting a category. The system then shows only the idea flows relevant to your selection.
Agentic AI idea flow
A new Agentic AI idea flow supports submission and tracking of agentic automation initiatives. The flow includes a dedicated assessment and automatically assigns the Agentic AI Idea Submitter role to the submitting user. Submitted ideas appear under My Submissions – Ideas.

Process Repository feature toggle
Account Owners can now enable or disable the Process Repository from Admin Console > Account > Settings > Feature Toggles. When disabled, the Process Repository page no longer appears in the Explore menu and Business Process idea flows are hidden.
Idea flow reordering
Admins can now reorder idea flows in Customize Idea Flows. The order set here reflects in the submission type list that users see when selecting an idea flow.
