The following improvement and bug fix were released on April 13, 2026 but were not included in the release notes at the time.
What's new
Force uninstall for solution deployments with stuck jobs
You can now force uninstall a solution deployment when the standard uninstall fails because jobs are not in a final state (Pending, Running, Suspended, Resumed, Stopping, or Terminating). After a failed uninstall attempt, the confirmation dialog displays a Force Uninstall option. Confirming Force Uninstall stops all uncompleted jobs in the deployment's folder hierarchy and then runs the standard uninstall pipeline, removing the deployment even when jobs were previously stuck.
For more information, see Uninstalling a solution.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where upgrading a solution deployment could fail when the new package version included resources already installed by the current deployment. The system now validates resource conflicts when a solution is opened, a resource is added, or the solution is published. If a conflict is detected, a clear error identifies the affected resources and instructs you to remove them from the solution before publishing a new package version for use in the upgrade.
