Installation

Localhost:xxxx/?page=superadmin Is Unavailable

Cause

This can occur for several reasons. Most likely the security settings or the virus scanner on the server are configured too strict.

Solution

Make sure that the client - server interactions are allowed by the IT-security policy. If allowed, (temporarily) disable the virus scanner to test the connection. If this solves the problem, UiPath Process Mining can be added to the white list of the virus scanner.

Builds Not at Root

Cause

The builds folder cannot be found in the root folder of the UiPath Process Mining installation.

Solution

Make sure that the builds folder is in the root folder of the UiPath Process Mining installation.

Executable Path Reported With the Wrong Case, the Webserver Might Be Misconfigured

Cause

One or more folders/files in the installation folder are named incorrectly, this can for example, be caused by a typo or by capitalization.

Important: Except for the build files, UiPath Process Mining file and folder names must be in lowercase.

Another possible cause can be that the path in IIS is misconfigured and contains typos or capitals.

Solution

Make sure that the name of the folders in the installation folder do not have typos and are in lowercase.

Follow these steps to check the IIS configuration.

Step	Action
1	Open IIS Manager.
2	Click on Sites in the Connectionspanel.
3	Check the Path for the UiPath Process Mining website.

After Installation the Platform Shows an HTTP 503 Error.

Cause

Sometimes an IIS site will start reporting "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.".

Solution

Restart the application pool in IIS manager.

Step	Action
1	Open IIS Manager.
2	Click on View Application Pools in the Actionspanel to display the available application pools.
3	Select the Application Pool for the platform.
4	Click on Stopand then on Startin the Actionspanel.

When Logging in After Installation Only an Error Is Thrown (the Server Is Misconfigured, Contact Your Administrator)

Cause

This can occur for several reasons. Most likely the URL that is used to access the Superadmin page is incorrect.

Solution

Check the URL that is used. Make sure /?page=superadmin is in the URL. You can also verify the title of the login box. This must be </> Superadmin login. See illustration below.

Important: superadmin in the URL must be all lowercase!

The Platform Is Not Reachable From Any Other Machine Than Localhost

Cause

A firewall might be blocking the UiPath Process Mining platform.

Solution

The firewall needs to allow traffic to the platform.

By default, the UiPath Process Mining is set to only use HTTPS. Make sure you have an HTTPS binding for the platform in IIS.

After Installation the Platform Only Shows an Error Message.

Cause

When no applications are configured, only the UiPath Process Mining Superadmin pages are available.

Solution

Go to http://platform/?page=superadmin
