Overview page design improvements

We are excited to announce that we started a gradual refresh of the overview pages for tenant, folders, and Solution folders. This improves clarity, consistency, and ease of access to key actions and introduces more interactive elements, clearer layouts, and faster ways to perform common tasks.

Components overview enhancements

We refreshed the visual design of the Components overview section to deliver a more modern and consistent experience. Updates include:

  • The Components overview card is now positioned below the Jobs status and Jobs history cards.
  • A redesigned, cleaner visual layout for all component cards

  • New cards added for:

    • Storage Buckets
    • Indexes
  • Machines card removed to better reflect current component organization

These improvements make it easier for users to understand and manage the components available within a folder.

Job status counts are now clickable

Job status values on the folder homepage are no longer just informational. You can now select any job status to open the Jobs list with the corresponding status filter already applied.

This makes it easier to quickly get into running, pending, or failed jobs without manually applying filters.

New action buttons at tenant and folder level

You can now perform key actions directly from the tenant and folder overviews through new action buttons, speeding up component creation, access management, and other tasks without navigating away from the page.

These shortcuts reduce navigation time and help you initiate key actions more efficiently.

Tenant overview
From the Tenant overview, the action buttons let you:
  • Add: quickly add a new resource from the homepage.
  • Access: jump directly to the tenant's Access Rules tab to manage permissions.
  • Deploy: navigate to the Deploy a solution page to start a solution deployment.

Folder homepage
From a folder homepage, the action buttons let you:
  • Add: quickly add a new resource from the homepage.
  • Access: jump directly to the folder’s Manage Access tab to manage permissions.
  • Start job: navigate to the Start Job page to quickly launch a job.
  • Deploy: navigate to the Deploy a solution page to deploy a solution.

Solution folder homepage
From a Solution Folder overview, the action buttons let you:
  • Add: quickly add a new resource from the homepage.
  • Access: jump directly to the folder’s Manage Access tab to manage permissions.
  • Start job: navigate to the Start Job page to quickly launch a job.

Packages tab consolidation

We simplified the Packages experience at tenant level and reorganized it to make it easier to manage all package types.

What's new

All package types are now consolidated into a single All packages view, reducing tab fragmentation and improving visibility across package categories.

The All packages tab now includes the following views:
  • RPA: automations built in Studio, including attended, unattended, and cross-platform automations.
  • Agentic processes: agentic process–type packages published from Agentic Orchestration.
  • Agents: agent-type packages.
  • MCP Servers: uploaded MCP Servers used as coded MCP Servers.
The following views are available besides All packages:
  • Libraries: the list of libraries.
  • Apps: this grid is consolidated as well and includes two dedicated views:
    • Apps: web apps published from Studio Web.
    • App Versions: the available versions for each published app.
  • Test: test automation packages published from Studio.
  • Feed: the raw list of packages from the configured feed. This includes packages published or uploaded via UiPath® as well as items manually uploaded to the feed using external tools.

Folder delete button update

We renamed the Remove button to Delete when deleting a folder, improving clarity and consistency in the user interface.

Warning on folder delete

When deleting a folder, a warning message is now displayed that any automations using resources from that folder may no longer work as expected.

This applies to all folder types, including Solution folders, and regardless of where the deletion is initiated.
