Integration Service connector for Customer.io in Automation Suite, providing customer engagement automation for data-driven campaigns across messaging channels based on behavioral data.

Customer.io is a customer engagement platform designed for creating data-driven campaigns to reach people across all messaging channels and to send relevant messages based on behavioral data across web and mobile products.

Authentication

Before automating processes, you need to establish a connection with your Customer.io instance. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Customer.io authentication page.

Events

This connector does not currently support events.

Activity package

You can use the connection to enable the Customer.io activities in UiPath® Studio.
