Automation Hub User Guide
Submit an Agentic AI idea to track an artificial intelligence automation opportunity and route it through a dedicated assessment flow.
The Agentic AI idea flow follows the same persona and approval structure as the Employee-driven idea flow. For an overview of the roles involved at each stage, see Submitting an Employee-driven Idea. For details on how the idea progresses through review, see Automation idea review phases.
- Select Submit new in the Automation Hub header.
- On the selection screen, select Idea.
- Select the category that applies to your idea.
- Select Agentic AI Idea from the available idea flows. If it is the only idea flow available for the selected category, it is pre-selected.
- Select Next.
- Complete the assessment fields.
- Select Submit.
The Agentic AI idea is submitted and visible to all users. You can find your submission under Workspace, in My Submissions - Ideas. The Agentic AI Idea Submitter collaborator role is automatically assigned to you for this idea, giving you access to edit the documentation associated with it.
